What are the delivery time frames for the various products and services?

All hardware products is shipped within 2 working days from receipt of your order. Our products are sometimes sent by EMS courier if geographical location is not within our technical support area..

Must I go with the complete digital package?

No, the iSERV package is highly integrated but is also flexible to be offered as bundles or as individual products or services. Please refer to our product and services section for individual pricing. Our complete package was engineered to achieve the maximum cost savings.
